- 260 cc warm water

1. Mix minced fish, egg, shaak milk, and seasoning ingredients until a smooth paste is formed.
2. Add tapioca flour to create the dough.
3. Wrap 1 tablespoon of the dough in a zaela leaf.
4. Preheat the oven to 260°F.
5. Arrange the Naboo Fish Kuchen in a pan and cook.
